The Belgian company RoboJob was founded in 2007 and develops user-friendly standard solutions for automatic loading and unloading of CNC lathes and milling machines. With these, the company responds to the challenges facing the manufacturing industry today: high wage costs, difficulties with filling technical vacancies and sudden fluctuations in batch sizes and delivery times. This all has an impact on the profitability of manufacturing companies, and CNC automation is able to offer an answer.
It was barely 10 years ago when RoboJob carefully took the first steps to sell its systems. Since then, the company has grown to become an international market leader and is active throughout the whole of Western Europe. Most of the sales are realized abroad, and yet the company always returns with pleasure to the 'Heimat’ or ‘Homeland’: "Every year we take part in more than 20 fairs and events, all over Western Europe, but Belgium can not be missed on our agenda," says Helmut De Roovere, co-founder and CEO. “Over the next few weeks we’ll be at the Salon Industry in France and we are also participating in the Turning Days in Germany. Then we’ll be returning with pleasure to Belgium.”
With its fifth consecutive participation at ‘Machineering’ RoboJob has grown to become a permanent fixture at the Brussels exhibition for Machines and Engineering. The market leader in CNC automation is taking off this year with its new Integrated products: a new product line wherein the entire automation was built on to one fixed chassis. As a result, the automation is not only movable, but it can also be installed faster.
"When you put our 'old' Turn-Assist 250 and our new Turn-Assist 270 i next to each other, you can immediately see the difference and the meaning behind it: our products are fully optimised", says De Roovere proudly. "RoboJob has grown from a small club into a mature business and you can also see that in our products." ‘Machineering’ is taking place at Brussels Expo from 27 to 29 March 2019.
