RoboJob – the Belgian specialist in the automatic loading and unloading of CNC-machines – has formalized another partnership agreement in Sweden. RoboJob has now formalized an installation and service certification to CNC Factory.

Since only a few weeks ago, a dealership agreement was signed with Stenbergs, the official dealer for Okuma in Sweden, the Belgian market leader is now ready to sell, install and service customers throughout the Swedish market. Swedish customers can already benefit from the user-friendly loading and unloading systems for CNC-operated turning and milling machines.

Based in Belgium, RoboJob was founded in 2007 by engineers Helmut De Roovere and Luc De Ceuster. With over 25 years’ in manufacturing and over 40 years’ experience in machine building, RoboJob can rely on all the needed know-how to build extremely user-friendly standard solutions that can significantly increase gross margins in the machining industry.

CNC Factory is a strong technical and commercial partner, which will be selling, installing and servicing all RoboJob solutions across Sweden. The company has an excellent reputation in the Swedish market and already has experience with selling, installing and servicing automation solutions. The company is thrilled to add the RoboJob products to its offer.

Mikael Svensson, CEO of CNC Factory, acknowledges the successful start of the partnership with RoboJob: “At the end of last year, we started to show our interest in the user-friendly, flexible automation products RoboJob developed. We knew that the Swedish market needed such products and were thinking of developing our own solutions. Then at the EMO 2013 we saw the RoboJob Turn-Assist and were astonished by its design, functionalities, compactness and ease-of-use. We went into negotiations with the CEO and business developer of RoboJob and agreed to follow installation and service trainings to become a certified installation and service partner. It was the right timing to do so, with already 4 installations sold and several being installed in the upcoming weeks. We are looking forward to satisfy the Swedish customer and increase business with RoboJob.”

Only a few weeks ago, RoboJob formalized an agreement with Stenbergs, the official dealer for Okuma in Sweden. Where Stenbergs will be adding the flexible automation solutions of RoboJob to its product portfolio, CNC Factory will also be installing and servicing these. This allows RoboJob to make a “Big Bang” entry in the Swedish market. Both Stenbergs and CNC Factory will be the distribution channels for the Belgian automation specialist, and CNC Factory has become a certified installation and service partner for RoboJob’s standard products, which are widely acknowledged as being the most user-friendly, compact and flexible in the market. The Turn-Assist and Mill-Assist are integrated solutions which enable the automatic loading and unloading of turning and milling machines. Both systems can be used for a wide range of dimensions (standard ø 5 to 400 mm) and weights (up until 700 kg).

Jelle De Roovere, son of co-founder and CEO Helmut De Roovere, is responsible for Business Development at RoboJob. Jelle emphasizes that both partners in the Scandinavian countries are certified partners: “It has taken several months to follow the necessary steps to ensure that our customers in Sweden receive the high quality of our products and our service that our customers in the Benelux also receive. This is why our new partners have had to follow extensive theoretical and practical training, including joint installations. They now understand all technical and commercial aspects of our products.” Jelle explains: “This allows them to offer the right solution to every individual customer, and to let the installation and technical training run as smooth as possible. The customer always comes first for RoboJob, and we are happy that this philosophy is shared by CNC Factory and Stenbergs.”

With the first installations already successfully installed in Sweden, the partnerships are off to a great start.
