After a year without nomination, RoboJob has again received a nomination for the “Trends Gazellen”. For the first time, RoboJob was nominated in the Large Companies category. The two bronze medals that the automation specialist from Heist was able to snap up earlier were in the Small Businesses category.

Every year ‘The Trends Gazellen’ crown the fastest growing companies. This is always done on the basis of objective criteria. For this edition, the turnover, workforce and cash flow of 2019 were compared with the year 2015. The result is a ranking of the fastest growing companies, subdivided into small, medium and large companies. RoboJob was now nominated for the first time in the Large Enterprises category.

It’s already the fourth time that RoboJob has been nominated, and every time the appreciation is great. “The Trends Gazellen do mean something in Belgium,” says founder and CEO Helmut De Roovere. “Everyone in Belgium knows these prizes and what they stand for. We are therefore over the moon with this new nomination. 2020 was a difficult year for everyone, including our customers and employees. With this nomination, our hard work has nevertheless been recognised, and in these times that’s really great!”

RoboJob constructs robotisation for the manufacturing industry. The company was founded in 2007 by Helmut De Roovere and Luc De Ceuster. Today, RoboJob employs more than 50 people and is active throughout Western Europe. RoboJob is based in Heist-op-den-Berg and mainly employs people with technical profiles. There are still several technical vacancies open today, including the vacancy for a Senior Mechanical Developer R&D.

“I hope that with this nomination we can again put RoboJob in the spotlight as an attractive employer. Despite the current crisis, it remains difficult to attract people with strong technical profiles, simply because there’s a shortage,” says De Roovere. "This nomination nevertheless shows that we also have fast-growing technology companies in our region where there are several exciting vacancies."

RoboJob has already won several national and international prizes. In addition to 2 bronze medals at the “Trends Gazellen”, RoboJob won the VOKA Entrepreneurship Award in 2018. In 2017, it received the international Fanuc Global Application Award in Japan, and in 2019 it received the highest possible award from Fanuc: the Grand Award. The awards ceremony for the “Trends Gazellen” will take place on March 17, 2021.
