This video shows you how easy it is to also load shafts in a lathe using your RoboJob automation. The shaft rack is one of our modular extensions that you can also add afterwards to your automation. This way you increase your flexibility and spread the investments over time.

Total solution
Depending on your automation needs, we can also provide a configurable shaft rack (for Turn-Assist models), inlays for shafts (for Pallet-Load, Racks and Tower), and/or a deposit station and measuring post for shaft edge detection (Racks and Tower).

The complete hardware is installed in less than 2 minutes, allowing you to get started straight away. Removing the hardware is also a piece of cake!
Compact
Depending on the diameter of the products, you can place more or fewer axes onto the system. Depending on the shaft length it is possible to place multiple shafts beside each other.
