RoboJob has been building standard solutions for the automation of CNC-controlled turning and milling machines for more than 15 years already. In the process, RoboJob has created a new market, while also establishing itself as the international market leader. The development of the Coby CNC is a very innovative concept.
Unlike the other RoboJob products, Coby CNC uses a collaborative FANUC robot. This makes Coby a very accessible and user-friendly solution: owing to its collaborative design, it allows an operator to work smoothly alongside it, which improves productivity while ensuring safety.

There appears to be considerable interest in this solution, as RoboJob managed to sell 20 Coby CNC systems in the first year already. "We have installed the first five systems at a handful of customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany," says Zeno Gillis, the 'Product Owner'. “This has allowed us to get feedback from the initial users to further optimise the product. Coby is now available to the general public in Europe, which has so far generated an additional 15 sales."
